Ancestry.com is only accessible using Twin Falls Public Library computers. If you're trying to access this from outside of the Library please visit library and use one of our public computers.
Our elevator will be undergoing maintenance beginning Tuesday, September 2nd. During this time, the mezzanine (top floor) and the lower level (Youth Services and the Program Room) will be accessible by stairs only. We anticipate this service to last for several weeks, but at this time, we do not have an exact estimate for when elevator service will be restored.
We’re committed to keeping library materials and services accessible while this work is underway. If you need items from either the top or bottom floor and are unable to use the stairs, you have several options:
Ask us to retrieve it for you. Talk to any staff member at a service desk and we’ll be happy to help.
Place a hold through our online catalog. We’ll pull the item and notify you when it’s ready for pickup.
Use Curbside Pickup for holds. Let us know when you arrive and we’ll bring your items out to you.
Try Library Delivery (within Twin Falls city limits). If getting to the library is a challenge during maintenance, have items brought to your home!! Learn more and request service here: https://twinfallspubliclibrary.org/library-delivery
If you need an accommodation or have questions about access while the elevator is down, please talk with a staff member & we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Thank you for your patience while we complete this necessary maintenance to improve safety, reliability, and accessibility. We’ll update this page as soon as the elevator is back in service.
